Better yet, if your order is$99 or more and domestic (US), we'll ship it via USPS Priority mail service for FREE. If your order is $129 or more and international (outside the US), we'll ship it via USPS Global Priority mail serivce for FREE the Same Day you order it (see restriction below). If the free shipping optiontimeframe doesn't work for you, you can always select the shipping option that best suits your needs (i.e., if your order total is $59.98 and you want it the next day, you don't have to select the free shipping option - you can still pay to have Express Shipping). Otherwise, the standard shipping rate for First Class shipping is $4.99, for Priority it's $6.99, and Express Shipping it's $17.99 - all shipping prices are per order, not per item, to make it as simple for you as possible.
Same Day Shipping! If your order comes in by 11am EST on Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), it'll be shipped via USPS the same day, otherwise it'll be the next business day. Proven Instruction from a Top Teacher! Shawn Trautman has long been known as both a great dancer as well as a great teacher! Shawn has competed and taught in Country, Swing, and Ballroom and has coached and mentored numerous World Champions since 1991. Shawn is well versed in "beginner-ease" as he has an MBA in organizational leadership and "training trainers" and has focused on the key elements of the learning cycle. To his credit, Shawn has developed over 30 DVDs (including Slow Dancing, Swing, Salsa, Tw0-Step, West Coast Swing, Country, Line Dancing, Ballroom, and more) based on Advanced Learning Techniques and ease of use and has just recently been published by Thomson Course Technologies with his book (2006) called "Picture Yourself Dancing." Each DVD is based on a stacked learning technique (pyramid style) where you learn the building blocks of the dances first, and then build on top of them learning each piece at a time (timing, then footwork, then small sequences, then frame, then basics, and so on). Don't expect to be wow'ed by "flash and trash" or a lot of fancy "here I'll show you once" type of instruction; rather, expect a great instructional DVD that will flat out teach you to dance.
