Great teaching tool!
"So I purchased your Two-Step Moves & Patterns DVDs to pick up some new moves as I have time and want to put together my own style. I find that I can watch the DVD a few times and go through the moves in my kitchen and then work them in one at a time at the dance club. I'm about half way through and tend to pick and choose what I like. My system seems to work well for my situation. I like your teaching style and the way the DVDs are laid out with the Introduction and Bonus Material at the end. I'd probably have a better feel for the whole program after I get through all 10 DVDs, but my initial reaction is that it is a great teaching tool."

Great Production Value!
"I wanted to say that I really like the DVDs. I have gone thru 4 of the moves and patterns DVDs and also done one of the Advanced moves and patterns discs. I think the videos are done well and have a great production value! There are a few places to country dance out here in Omaha. And they play a lot of two-step and triple-step songs as well has have some simple dance lessons early in the evening. They also do line dances and Stationary cha-cha is always fun. I purchased these DVDs because I figured I could learn a lot of different moves on my own time for a decent price. I have also looked at private lessons but they cost anywhere from 35-50 dollars. Overall I like these patterns and think they will add a lot to my dancing palate! I hope that you will come out with more Advanced Two-Step Patterns DVD’s. I would also be interested in a Cha-Cha Patterns set! Thanks again."

Far more valuable than any lessons I can imagine!
"A couple things I really like about Moves and Patterns is that it has very deliberate leads and preparatory signals that enable me to use all of the moves with new partners, and also I don’t know if it’s a regional thing but nearly half the moves taught in your material are new to the people in my area which makes me look very unique among everyone else. I’d tell others that it’s a good idea to buy the Moves and Patterns set in sequence of 1-8 because even if they know some or most of the moves in any given lesson it is important to completely cover all the material as each lesson from one DVD to the next builds on each other.
The content and value of your Moves and Patterns lesson (as with all your dance instruction videos I have) are far more valuable than any lessons I can imagine financially because I never get left behind and have to keep paying again and again, I just hit the rewind button. In terms of content, I have yet to find an instructor that is in depth as you with everything from connection points, to footwork, to posture, and communication skills. You have even breached the void of not physically being here by giving me an excellent review of my youtube dance video I had you watch which was broken down with suggestions every so many seconds."

Here's what excites me about them. Each of these 2-step videos is a complete hour plus lesson in and of itself. The Two-Step Moves & Patterns series is built on a very structured lesson plan that allows for multiple levels of success, yet the sum of each lesson is greater than the individual lessons themselves. In other words, yes, you'll get some incredible 2-Step patterns and moves throughout this series, but what you'll get that's even more powerful is the connection between all of them that will absolutely blow your mind. It's not just about learning new patterns, it's about a whole new way of thinking and dancing the two step to really make it enjoyable and easy to dance with anyone (assuming, of course, they know the basics).
This series is about connecting with people on multiple levels and really adding some depth to the 2-step. A leader can fully expect to know how to get into and out of every single pattern with ease by the end of the series while being extremely well-versed on how to lead in an effective manner, not one that 'manhandles' someone. A follower can fully expect to understand her role in the two-step like never before and be ready for many different situations as well. Followers should be able to help break down any miscommunications with her partner to help them as well as a result of these lessons.
No joke, this material is awesome! I'm quite certain I'll be picking my own brain by watching these videos anytime I have to teach two-step dance lessons in the future.
