This is SO COOL!! After 8 days of plumbing nightmares, burnt cartridges, stripped screws, cracked filters, clogged pipes, cutting granite, snapping bits, rewiring outlets, moving the p-trap, random leaks, wet floors, 2 user manuals, 5 how-to videos on YouTube, 3 trips to Lowe’s, and 2 trips to local hardware stores, they finished and it ALL works like a charm! My dad and Paxton knocked it all out and stayed with it through each of the hurdles (they were aplenty). We now have a new, taller, fully pressurized faucet, a spray gun (didn’t have one prior), a brand-new reverse-osmosis water filtration system (we’ve been using a Brita), a powerful new garbage disposal, an on/off button next to the sink, all new wiring, and all new pipes underneath. Yeah, baby! More than that, we now have an electric outlet on the side of the island (we never had one before). Awesome! The first pic is our new sink, the second is the underneath portion, the third is the new outlet on the side of the island (though our outlet cover’s not the right color yet), and the others are all part of the process while they were learning and working together. It may not look like this was a big project, but this was BIG!!! Way to go, guys!
